(I’m currently at the customer service department.)
Customer: “Hi, I lost my wallet about a week ago, can you check if you have it?”
Me: “Sure, what color is it and is it any particular brand. I also need an exact date if you can.”
Customer: “It is a pink Prada wallet and I lost it the day before Black Friday.”
Me: “So Thanksgiving.”
Customer: “Oh right, Thanksgiving is the day before black Friday.”
