_I’m in the hospital for repeated, incredibly violent pain on my right side. We find out that I have an ovarian cyst, and that I can either let it disappear naturally or get surgery to remove it._

*Doctor:* So, the surgery could have some bad results. You could lose one of your ovaries and you’ll be in tons of pain for a good while.

*Me:* I don’t care. Surgery.

*Doctor:* Are you _sure?_ It will _really_ hurt.

*Me:* I don’t care! Do it! Surgery!

*Doctor:* I’ll ask your mom about this.

_My mom is just next to me, and she’s bit her tongue for now, but I snap before she does._

*Me:* Listen, buddy. I’m gay, I don’t want kids anyways, and I have never been in more pain in my life. You can talk to her all you want, but I. Don’t. CARE. Just grab some tweezers and scissors and cut this thing out of me already!

_Later on I apologized for yelling, but I was in a LOT of pain. It turned out I had to have my entire right ovary removed because the cyst was filling with more and more blood as time went on. It was ten centimeters around when the doctors finally got it out. Still worth the five or six days of pain afterwards._
