(I am in math class but it is ending and everyone’s talking. I am talking to a young lady when I tell her I want to go to Japan.)
Student: “I am a big fan of Japan, too. But whenever I talk about it to my dad he says it’s part of Asia.”
Me: *stares*
Student: “I keep telling him, ‘Japan is not part of Asia. Japan and China are two different places and things!’”
(She was right and wrong all at once.)
