A Fart From The Heart, Part 3

(I have a chronic pain condition that sometimes flares up badly, leaving me in agony and unable to move.)

Me: *sigh* “Not sure I can take much more of this flare up.”

Partner: “It always worries me when you say that. I need you with me forever.”

(It made me smile and was a nice distraction for a moment…)

Partner: “…I mean, who else would put up with my flatulence?!”
