Living With Cycle-paths
(My boyfriend is planning on transferring to my college, and we’re talking about moving in together. He thinks living with another couple would be a good idea.)
Me: “Well, I do have one friend who might be up to it.”
Boyfriend: “So we’d be living with your friend and her boyfriend?”
Me: “Girlfriend, actually. They’re a lesbian couple.”
Boyfriend: “Alright then.”
Me: “You know, that means you would be living with 3 women!”
Boyfriend: “But only one of them is my girlfriend!” *winks*
Me: “Well, that’s not quite what I meant.”
Boyfriend: “What do you mean?”
Me: “Well sometimes, when women live together, their cycles ‘sync up.'”
Boyfriend: *face goes from one of comprehension to one of genuine horror*
