My mother and I went to our usual hair place one summer day. I was about 13 at the time. When booking our appointment, we couldn’t get our usual hair person due to them transferring, so we went with totally different people. Right off the bat it didn’t go well and after my hair was done, my mom got angry. My hair was washed, trimmed, then dried but it was dried to a crisp and very unprofessionally. We discussed our anger with the crabby owner, and she ended up making our hair appointment free of charge. It’s good to know customer service is valued even when training isn’t.
