A Tortuous Friendship
(My cousin is visiting my class to examine how we learn and if he wants to come next year.)
Me: “Hey, [Cousin]! How are you?”
Cousin: “Good. But something’s weird.”
Me: “What is it?”
Cousin: “I think [Friend] likes me.”
Me: “RUN. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN! SHE IS TORTURE!”
Friend: “Who’s torture?”
Me: “I SAID RUN!”
