Perverting My Thought Processes

| Friendly | March 2, 2015

(It is around 2005 or 2006 and I had just made a character in a now defunct superhero themed game who was supposed to be a high-schooler that used her school uniform as a costume. Said uniform was a blazer, blouse and tie combination with the longest skirt the game allowed.)

Me: “This is getting ridiculous.”

Friend: “What’s that?”

Me: “With all the characters I have that have the stereotypical superheroine costume, the one character I’m having troubles with getting hit on by random other players in is the school girl medusa character.”

Friend: “Really? I saw her; she doesn’t seem to be the type of character to attract attention.”

Me: “My hope is that people somehow assume that anybody playing such a character would have to be doing it for some sort of twisted fetish or something and thus be fine with getting the attention.”

Friend: “So, what you’re hoping for is that the other people are assuming that you are the pervert?”

Me: “Well… I hadn’t thought of it like that.”
