(A few years ago, my family was shopping at a well known department store. My mom was in the hair care department. This was around the time that her hair was beginning to turn grey. A young teenage girl was standing nearby.)
Girl: *noticing my mom’s graying hair* “Excuse me, what coloring do you use to get those white streaks in your hair?”
Mom: “Mother Nature, 1955.”
(1955 is my mom’s birth year.)
