(I was walking through the grocery store and noticed a little girl sitting in the cart while her Mom shopped right beside her. The little girl was about three and smiling broadly at everyone who walked by.)
Me: “Hi!”
Little Girl: *to me* “Hi!” *to her Mom* “Mommy… did you see that lady there?”
Mom: “Yes, I did.”
Little Girl: “She is my BEST friend!”
