(One of my friends has a habit of reusing quotes over and over. She had recently watched a musical based off of a very popular book. I have had enough at this point.)
Friend: *shouting* “DID SOMEBODY SAY [full name of popular character]?!
Me: *shouting back* “NO BECAUSE EVERYBODY FLIPPING HATES HIM”
(It’s now a running joke for her to try and surprise me with that so I’m startled enough to not reply. It has yet to work)
